- 1 bag of frozen fries (your favorite kind)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños, chopped
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 bag of hot fries, crushed
Instructions
- Cook the frozen fries according to the package instructions until they’re golden brown and crispy.
- While the fries are cooking, combine the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese in a bowl.
- Once the fries are ready, transfer them to a baking sheet or a serving dish.
- Sprinkle the cheese mixture over the hot fries.
- Place the fries under the broiler for a minute or two, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the fries from the broiler and top with pickled jalapeños, sour cream, green onions, and crushed hot fries.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
