This churro cheesecake recipe combines crispy cinnamon-sugar crust with rich, creamy cheesecake filling — the ultimate dessert fusion you didn’t know you needed. Easy to bake and even easier to love!
Ingredients
2 cans crescent dough
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
½ cup melted butter
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
½ cup additional sugar (for cinnamon-sugar topping)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Unroll 1 can of crescent dough and press into the bottom of the dish.
Mix ½ cup sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle half over the dough.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time and mix until creamy.
Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the dough layer.
Top with the second can of crescent dough.
Brush with melted butter and sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar.
Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown and set.
Cool completely, then refrigerate 3+ hours before slicing.
Notes
Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Freeze slices for up to 2 months, wrapped tightly.
